- 2+ years’ experience in surveying (preferred but not required), particularly in land surveyor jobs within the Lower Mainland.

- Knowledge of TDS Survey Pro data collection software and Leica total stations.

- Experience using the MicroSurvey CAD program.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

- Protect and strengthen our brand through nurturing strong client relationships.

- Quote, schedule, and manage project timelines and budgets.

- Define project tasks for staff.

- Oversee the preparation of survey plans and procedures for conducting land surveys.

- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.

- Oversee quality assurance and quality control of end results.

- Complete project evaluations and assessments of results.

Assist the survey crew chief with fieldwork by utilizing survey equipment. Communicate effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently. Set up and dismantle survey equipment as needed and complete safety checklists at worksites.
